Wedding Planner Rebecca Wilkie Weddings.
Welcome to RebeccaWilkie.com! I have been in the process of launching my new website and wedding planner services since the beginning of the New Year and feel very excited that today is launch day and how apt, the most romantic day of the year, Valentine’s Day!
For me it feels like it has been a long time coming and something I have thought about for a very long time and now I am ready and raring to go. I can feel that 2016 is going to be an exciting year and I am looking forward to working with some amazing couples, beautiful venues and like-minded suppliers.
I’m Rebecca Wilkie. I live in the beautiful village of Tickhill on the outskirts of Doncaster with my husband, three children and ball of fluff Toby. I have a rather unhealthy penchant for shopping and in particular shoes and bags. I am partial to coffee and cake and do like the odd glass of champagne or two.
I have spent the last 18 years managing projects, budgets, people and playing politics and to be honest I was really good at it but my mom said you should never stay in a job too long, you get comfortable and stop striving to be better. Eighteen years is way too long and that whole time the idea of wedding planning and wedding coordination has never left my mind so here I am.
For those of you who are getting married this year congratulations on starting a new chapter together and I hope your wedding day is amazing. If you haven’t considered a wedding planner, why not have a look through the wedding planner services I offer and get in touch about on the day wedding coordination. For those of you who have only just got engaged, yay! If you like what you see drop me a line, I love a good love story and would love to hear yours, tell me how he (or she) popped the question.
So, I hope that you like what you see and please feel free to have a look around, get in touch or enter your email address below to join my blog, Life of a Wedding Planner, to receive notifications of new posts and wedding information.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
