Francesca and Jonathan
My 2018 wedding season started in April with the stunning Francesca and Jonathan. Francesca had a really clear vision when we first met but needed help with the final few months or planning as well as sourcing suppliers. She really wanted to bring the outdoors in as well as have balloons and birthday candles as their wedding day was also her 30th birthday! No excuse for forgetting your anniversary Jonathan!
They were marrying in the church next to Francesca’s parents house, a church that has history and meaning for their family and then celebrating at the amazing Osmaston Park where Top Marquees have their gorgous semi-permanent marquee with clear sides and a view over the lake. Catering was provided by the Red Olive Catering Company and Charlie was the perfect host. With evening food in the form of fish and chips served by Tom and Simons Kitchen. Sweet treats were provided courtesy of Ruby Lous Cake Co. in the form of a stunning cake and cookie wall! I can’t not tell you how amazing Nat’s bakes are.
The day started with Vocal Works Gospel Choir signing both in the church and at the drinks reception followed by a full on party thanks to Jukebox Band, and RJL Events with their magic mirror and props.
When it comes to the decor, I really don’t know where to start. As amazing as the photos are, they just don’t do the marquee justice. With the hanging greenery courtesy of Fabric Theatre, and the amazing floral centrepieces thanks to Kerry and the Tineke team.
Here are a small selection of my favorites. A special thanks to the Mercaston Tree Company who provided stunning trees, Take a Seat, who provided the chair sashes, Dottie and Love who provided the beautiful balloons, Executive Linen, who provided the linen and crockery, the Brolly Bucket who provided their stunning umbrellas. not that we needed them in the end, and The Word is Love who provided the light up letters.
